Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FABRIC.VNTG. Below you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for all orders within the European Union (EU).

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

No Hidden Fees: Since FABRIC.VNTG operates and ships directly from Greece (EU member state), orders shipped to countries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
No Custome Fees: We send all orders to US as DDP packages which means upon delivery you pay no extra fees.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status in real-time through the link provided.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

FABRIC.VNTG is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, we value our community. If you receive your order damaged or if your package is significantly delayed, please contact the courier company to file a claim, or reach out to us at fabricvntg@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
